Terms and Conditions

These terms apply to all bookings and services provided by Al Ismaili Travel (“we”, “us”), whether you contact us through this website, WhatsApp or our office.

Offers and prices

Prices are in Omani Rials (OMR). Prices on this website are “from” prices per person unless stated otherwise.
Most of our prices are not fixed: they depend on dates, group size, hotels and availability. Where a trip shows “Price on request” or a “from” price, the final price is the one in the written quotation we send you.
A quotation is valid for 7 days from the date it is issued. Prices may change with availability and with airline and hotel rates at the time of confirmation.
Sending an enquiry through the website is not a booking. A booking is confirmed only once we receive the deposit and send you written confirmation.

Payment and confirmation

A 50% deposit confirms the booking. The balance is due before travel, by the date we give you.
Flight tickets may need to be paid in full when they are issued.

Cancellations and changes

Cancellation and change fees follow the policies of the airlines, hotels and other suppliers, and we will explain them before you confirm.
Non-refundable tickets are not refunded if cancelled.
A service fee may apply to changes you request after confirmation.

Visas and travel documents

We help with visa forms, documents and appointments, but the decision to grant a visa rests only with the embassy or authority concerned. We are not responsible for refusals or delays.
Visa fees and service fees are not refunded if a visa is refused.
Passports must be valid for at least 6 months after your return date. Travellers are responsible for the validity of their documents.

Insurance

We recommend that every traveller buys travel insurance covering medical costs, cancellation and lost baggage. Some countries require it for a visa.

Liability

We act as an agent between you and the airlines, hotels and other suppliers, and are not responsible for delays, cancellations or changes they make, or for events beyond our control such as weather or government action.
The order of a day-by-day programme may change because of local conditions; we will keep its content as close as possible to the original.

All text, photos, logos and designs on this website belong to Al Ismaili Travel or are used with permission, and may not be copied or republished without our prior written consent.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Sultanate of Oman, and the courts of Oman have jurisdiction over any dispute.
